Report damaged or defective items within 5 days of receipt for supplier review. For a confirmed replacement, the supplier estimates 2–3 business days to process it. If a parcel is delayed, missing, incorrect or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact VYNTRA promptly with your order number so we can review the tracking and applicable remedy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected and are not conditional on supplier reimbursement.
