Returns and refunds

Contact VYNTRA promptly with your order number, item and reason for your request. Obtain the applicable return authorization and instructions before sending anything back. Do not use an address printed on a parcel unless VYNTRA has confirmed it for your return.

Knotty / Coulter hair accessories

Eligible items have a 14-day return-notification period under the supplier's terms. For voluntary returns, goods must be undamaged, unworn and unused, with tags attached. We will confirm the applicable return instructions and postage arrangements for your request.

MASAMI brush and hair wrap towels

Notify VYNTRA of an eligible return within 14 days of receipt. Voluntary-return products must be undamaged, unworn and unused, with tags attached. You pay voluntary return postage; the supplier does not provide a return label. Contact VYNTRA for the authorized address and instructions. Eligible returns are processed after the supplier receives the returned product.

Cramilo sunglasses and Koch La Ni jewelry

These suppliers provide a 14-day return-notification period. Eligible voluntary-return goods must be undamaged, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of the initial notification. Contact VYNTRA for authorization, the correct return address and applicable postage instructions before sending goods.

Selvanelle dresses

Selvanelle's commercial return process asks for notification within 7 days, with eligible undamaged, unworn and unused goods, tags attached, returned within 14 days of initial notification. Any longer mandatory cancellation or remedy rights take priority; see Additional statutory cancellation rights below.

These suppliers provide a 14-day return-notification period. The supplier accepts eligible change-of-mind or wrong-size returns within 15 days from delivery. Voluntary-return goods must be unused and in their original packaging, without wear, damage, marks, washing or alteration. Eligible refunds are processed after the returned parcel reaches the supplier's warehouse. Contact VYNTRA for the applicable instructions before returning goods.

Faulty, unfit-for-purpose or incorrectly described goods may qualify for replacement, refund or repair. Original packaging is not required for a faulty return, but the parcel must be packaged safely. Mandatory consumer rights take priority.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please report damage or defects promptly, with your order number and a description; photographs may help. Selvanelle asks for notification within 2 days of receipt; Knotty/Coulter, MASAMI, Cramilo, Koch La Ni, Aftershock, CashyMart, Beauty Logistics, HoneyLux, BYMANYC, GLOWSYOU, Boho Brown and Sarvin ask for 5 days of receipt. These are supplier reporting procedures, not a cutoff of your mandatory rights. For confirmed MASAMI replacements, the supplier estimates 2–3 business days to process the replacement.

If an issue is discovered later, or an incorrect item arrives, contact us so we can assess the applicable rights and next steps. Voluntary-return conditions do not exclude mandatory remedies for faulty, incorrect or otherwise nonconforming goods.

Refunds and delivery problems

VYNTRA is your point of contact and coordinates eligible returns and refunds with the supplier. We communicate the outcome, approved amount and applicable refund process. Payment-provider and bank posting times can vary.

For delayed, missing or delivered-but-not-found parcels, contact VYNTRA promptly. We will review the order and tracking with the supplier. The applicable remedy depends on the order details, delivery evidence and consumer law.

Additional statutory cancellation rights

Where applicable UK or EU/EEA consumer law gives you a cancellation right, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery, using the applicable last-delivery rule for split orders. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Normal inspection does not remove this right.

We refund amounts legally owed, including eligible standard-delivery charges, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Applicable statutory refund deadlines govern; where permitted, we may wait for the goods or proof of return, whichever arrives first. You pay direct voluntary return postage only if disclosed before purchase; otherwise we bear it where required. Supplier deadlines and reimbursement do not limit your mandatory rights.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, warranty, refund or other consumer rights. Those rights are not conditional on VYNTRA receiving supplier reimbursement. Where applicable law provides greater protection or requires a remedy or deadline, it takes precedence.
