Where can you deliver?
Delivery depends on the product and supplier. Knotty/Coulter hair accessories, MASAMI accessories and Cramilo sunglasses serve supported U.S. addresses. Selvanelle dresses and Koch La Ni jewelry serve the destinations supported by their supplier routes. The leather bucket bag serves many named destinations, including Ghana. Aftershock clutches and EBIN bonnets serve supported U.K. addresses; HoneyLux serves supported Canadian, U.S. and U.K. addresses; CashyMart bonnets serve the destinations in its supplier table. Select your destination while browsing and confirm delivery eligibility at checkout. An international brand does not mean every product ships worldwide.
Why does a product look unavailable when I change country?
An item may have stock but be unavailable for your selected destination. Choose the country where you want it delivered. If you are unsure, contact VYNTRA before ordering.
Which currency will I pay in?
Checkout is charged in Ghanaian cedi (GHS). Where browsing prices are displayed in another currency, they are estimates. Your payment provider or card issuer may offer conversion and apply its own rate or fees. Review the final payment amount before paying.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping depends on the supplier, basket and destination. Knotty/Coulter accessories have free standard shipping on supported U.S. routes with an estimated 3–5 business days. MASAMI estimates 3–5 business days including processing, Cramilo 2–15 business days, Selvanelle 8–14 business days, and Koch La Ni 3–5 business days within the U.S. or 4–7 for eligible international routes. These are estimates, not arrival guarantees. Charges from different suppliers may combine. Additional handbag, bonnet and clip delivery estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Review eligibility, the available service and final shipping charge for your address before paying.
What is included with my product?
Use the product description, selected variant and original supporting photographs to check the color, size and quantity. Styling props in promotional images are not included unless the description says they are.
Can I return an item?
Commercial return-notification windows vary: 14 days for eligible Knotty/Coulter, MASAMI, Cramilo and Koch La Ni items; Selvanelle asks for notification within 7 days. Aftershock, CashyMart, Beauty Logistics and HoneyLux provide a 14-day notification window; the 0cm leather bucket bag has a 15-day-from-delivery commercial return window. Longer mandatory rights take priority, including applicable UK and EU/EEA 14-day cancellation rights. Contact us before sending goods. What if my item is damaged, incorrect or missing?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. For timely supplier review, Selvanelle asks for damage/defect reports within 2 days of receipt; Knotty/Coulter, MASAMI, Cramilo and Koch La Ni ask for 5 days. These procedures do not cut off mandatory rights. If an issue is discovered later, still contact us; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For delivery problems or incorrect items, we will review the order and explain the applicable next steps.
How do refunds work?
VYNTRA coordinates eligible requests with the supplier and communicates the outcome, approved amount and refund process. Payment-provider and bank posting times can vary. Mandatory remedies do not depend on VYNTRA receiving supplier reimbursement.
How do I ask about my order?
Use our Contact Us form and include your order number if available. We can help with product questions, delivery, returns, refunds and payment concerns. Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes.
