These terms apply when you use the VYNTRA online store or purchase its products. VYNTRA is operated from Ghana. Please review the product information, selected variant, delivery eligibility and policies before placing an order.
Products and availability
Products are sourced through the suppliers identified in our business records. Colors, sizes, quantities and included items are described on the relevant product page. Promotional styling does not change what is included. Screen settings may affect how colors appear.
Stock and supported destinations can change. A product available for one country may be unavailable for another. We do not offer delivery to an unsupported address. If an ordered item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide the options and remedies required by applicable law.
Prices and payment
The final checkout amount is charged in Ghanaian cedi (GHS). Any other browsing-currency amount is indicative. Payment-provider or card-issuer conversion rates and fees may differ.
Review the product price, delivery charge and any applicable taxes shown before payment. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not send payment credentials through our contact form.
Delivery, returns and refunds

VYNTRA is your point of contact for order problems. We coordinate supplier review while preserving the remedies and deadlines required by applicable law.
Store information and use
We aim to keep product and store information accurate. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and respect your applicable rights. Do not use the store to submit false information, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not reproduce store content for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Applicable legal protections take precedence over conflicting wording, and a remedy we owe is not conditional on reimbursement from a supplier.
